Shipping & Delivery

At Novira Cart, we are dedicated to delivering excellence across the Kingdom. Please review our shipping guidelines tailored for our KSA customers:

• Delivery Timeline: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery to major cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam) is 7-12 business days. Remote areas may take up to 15 business days.
• Mandatory National Address: As per 2026 TGA regulations, all customers must provide a valid Saudi National Address (including the 8-character Short Address Code). Orders without a valid address may be rejected by the courier.
• Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email to monitor your shipment through our local partners.
• Customs & VAT: Prices are inclusive of 15% VAT where applicable. For international shipments, any customs duties for orders exceeding 1,000 SAR are the responsibility of the customer.
